Find out what “direct repair” means
and how we can assist you

Direct repair means we have the authority to handle all aspects of your repairs. You still have to report your loss to the insurance company, but once your claim has been accepted, you may bypass the claims office and come directly to us.

Vehicle is drivable
If your vehicle is drivable, we need you to bring it to us during our business hours. We will prepare an estimate, order the parts, and set up an appointment for you to bring your vehicle back for the repairs. When we order the parts ahead of time, we can reduce the amount of time your vehicle is in our shop.

Vehicle is not drivable
If your vehicle is not drivable, we will have a towing company pick it up and bring it to us. Then we will write an estimate and order the parts. In most cases, we can start the repairs as soon as we receive the parts.

Rental car
When you have a liability claim (you have filed your claim against the other party's insurance policy) or a collision claim (you have filed your claim against your own policy) and have rental car reimbursement coverage, we will make arrangements for your rental, including the payment.
